With a passion rooted in precision, creativity, and seasonal simplicity, Executive Chef Cam brings a refined edge to the open-air dining experience at Botanica Courtyard. With his chef training at Georgian College in Barrie, Chef Cam launched his culinary career in the exclusive world of private golf clubs, complementing his experience with winter stints in casual fine dining.

For the past three years, he honed his craft as Sous Chef at the acclaimed Oliver & Bonacini in Blue Mountain, where he developed a deep appreciation for thoughtful technique, ingredient-driven menus, and team mentorship. Known for his calm leadership and commitment to elevated, approachable fare, Chef Cam now leads the kitchen at Botanica Courtyard, nestled within the grounds of Cavana Ridge Spa and Atelier Hair Salon.

His signature style often incorporates live-fire cooking on coal grills, a nod to his love for elemental cooking and bold, rustic flavours. At Botanica, Chef Cam invites guests to experience refined patio dining inspired by nature, simplicity, and soulful hospitality.
